Fall Run

In September, we headed to Colorado for the annual race we participate in each year. It was also Ethan's first trip to Colorado (let's just say he has plenty of trips to Colorado and Virginia coming his way :)). We had a wonderful trip and hit the changing of the leaves perfectly.

This was our fourth year to participate in the race. Ben and I both ran the 5K and let's just say running with a double stroller made it much harder this year, but it was still so fun. I didn't get a picture of it, but when the race started Noah held Ethan's hand and held it almost the entire race. It melted my heart!!
After the race was over.

Before the race started all bundled up.

Love him!

Precious angle after the race was over. The music didn't even phase him.

We couldn't resist feeding the chipmunks, and I am glad we didn't because these little guys were starving and were all over us. Noah loved it!

The even liked Ethan!

For Corinne's birthday, we headed to Aspen and spent the day shopping, eating, playing, and watching a Rugby match. I LOVE Aspen!!! We hadn't been in a couple years, so I am glad it worked out that we could spend some time there.

We wore him out!

Of course, we had to eat at Poppycocks!! Best granola blueberry pancake ever!

Corinne and her boys!

Noah is a fan of Ralph Lauren! Hey, at least he has good taste.

Happy Birthday Nana!

We took advantage of the gorgeous Aspen trees and tried to get some pictures of the boys!

We ended our trip with a day in Breckenridge. We took the gondola up the mountain, and at the bottom of the ski lifts, there were all kinds of activities for the kids. There was pony rides, a bounce house, putt putt golf, a roller coaster, an alpine slide, and much more. After playing around, we ate at one of our favorite pizza places, Eric's.

He loved this!

We had another wonderful trip and can't wait to go back for Thanksgiving.

No trip is complete without a ride on the Four Wheeler

Ethan's First Vacation

Ethan's first trip was to Virginia in August. We started the week off in D.C. visiting Aunt Coley and Uncle Willy. We had a wonderful time of course. We took Noah to a water park, visited a couple of wineries (I swear we do more than drink wine), tried out a new market, visited a farm, and just hung out at their new place. Unfortunately, most of those pictures Nicole has, so I will have to post them later.

The rest of the week we spent at the parent's house. We can't go to Virginia Beach without visiting the beach which we did a couple of times while we there.

Picture time before the beach.

Oma and Noah feeding the birds.

My attempt at getting cute pictures, but the wind was crazy and Ethan slept the whole time. At least they looked cute in their crab shirts.

These are pictures of the farm in D.C. It was awesome. They had fruit pickings, a bounce pad, putt putt golf, a place to feed the animals, little race cars, a playground and much more.

I think I was a little to big for this.
What Ethan did most of the day :)

In VB, we visited the Aquarium, took Noah to play putt putt (it is currently his favorite thing to do), and ate on the Pier. These are the pictures from the Aquarium.

I promise Ethan is awake sometimes. He really likes to sleep during pictures.

We hit up the Children's Museum in Portsmouth.

My dad also watched the boys while my grandmother, mom, and Britni went to Williamsburg. It was the first time away from both of them since Ethan was born. I love my boys, but it was a great little break.

We had yet another wonderful trip to Virginia, and the best part was just hanging out with my family and letting them enjoy their time with Noah and Ethan. I am so blessed to have such an amazing family. It is hard with them being so far away, but it makes these trips more special.

Dave and Tracy were in town, so we got to spend some time with them as well.
