Halloween Festivities Part II

October was filled with our own fun family Halloween activities as well. We started by carving pumpkins. Needless to say, this was not Noah's favorite. He liked watching, but he didn't want anything to do with touching the inside of the pumpkin. Basically, he would just watch us and say "ewww" every time Ben and I pulled the insides out.

Daddy and Noah carving their pumpkin.

First time sticking his hand in. He didn't do this again.

Such a pumpkin! EWWWWW

Don't judge our carving. This was our first year. Next year will be better. I hope :).

The next night, we made Halloween cookies, cooked chili, and watched Charlie Brown's Halloween (not Daddy's favorite movie). The cookies were a huge hit though!

About to start decorating!

Noah and his masterpieces (cookies).

And of course the first bite is the best!
Finally, it was Halloween. We started out at our neighborhood Halloween party, did some trick or treating, and then passed out candy. Noah thought passing out the candy was the best. We had a wonderful, fun Halloween.  Thankfully, we are all in good hands. Superman saved Halloween. And of course, I just have to say that he is the cutest Superman out there!!

Passing out candy.
After we ran out of candy, we turned the lights out and celebrated with Cookie Cake!!! A household favorite with the Kerr's.

This is a video of Noah thanking his Papa and Mimi for his cookie cake. Watch his leg. Do you think he had too much sugar that day!!

Happy Halloween! Hope every one's was as great as ours.
